Hello, my name is Karisha, and it’s nice to meet you. I am very passionate about travel, people, culture, beauty, storytelling, self-care, and fashion. I am a solo-female traveler on a quest to visit every country in the world.
When traveling I love to submerge myself in the local culture and people. People are truly fascinating. We are all different, but after traveling for so long, I’ve realized we all want the same basic things.
My Travel Goals:
Visit all 7 wonders of the world
Visit all states in the U.S.
Visit every continent
Visit every country in the world
I was on track to meet most of my travel goals in 2020, but COVID-19 has slowed me down just a little.
The first country that I ever visited outside of my home country was Mexico. It will always hold a special place in my heart. I have also lived abroad in Wiesbaden, Germany.
I also have a YouTube channel- Life With Karisha. On my channel I discuss travel and lifestyle. You can catch my weekly series “International Travel Fears,” every Monday. (Update: Series on hold due to COVID-19)
I work full-time in the finance industry. I went to school for business, and I have my bachelors, MBA, and a masters degree in human resources management. I also love dancing, swimming, Chanel, music, trying new food, museums, reading, shopping, Chanel, planning, and singing. Oh did I mention that I love people, and Chanel. 😉 Anything else you want to know, just ask.
